All the smart phones prices on flosmall does not include shipping fees. You will be given different express shipping options at charge on checkout page. To promise 100% delivery, EMS,S.F,Fedex,Dhl etc express shipping are applied to smart phones orders.
To make all flosmall clients shop happily, we offer a special customs insurance service. If you have chose our customs insurance, all your customs taxes fees will be covered by flosmall.Due to destination customs clearance require receiver assistance and confirmation with destination carrier, customs fees will be paid by receiver first and then get refund from us by sending customs bill to firstname.lastname@example.org. All the refund will be processed within 1 working day if no doubts on the authentic aspects on the bill. Most important, any extra dhl service fees occurred during customs clearance is not covered by customs taxes insurance.
All the accessories price on flosmall are free shipping.
All accessories below 30usd are offered free shipping with airmail without registered airmail, it means no tracking number.
You are offered with options to upgrade it to airmail with tracking number, express shipping with tracking number by adding some extra price.

All accessories ordered with phones together will be shipped with express shipping by default.
Power banks will be shipped with sweden post due to regulation rules of flight companies.

Handling Time &Shipping Time
95% of the orders can be shipped within 2 working days. 10% of the orders will be communicated with clients via email for stock problem. Due to our stock system not synchronized with our warehouse system for now, there is 5% stock information are inaccurate, for orders in related to this 5%, all the communication emails regarding orders processing will be sent within 2 working days.
All smart phones are shipped with express shipping and are supposed to arrive between 3-15 days.
Especially, dhl is 3-5 days normally.
Other shipping methods like S.F, Fedex, EMS takes 10 to 12 days.
Accessories orders by airmail takes normally 15 days to 25 days.
Lost insurance are a free gift from flosmall to all clients.
All the fees happen due to parcel lost on the way are on flosmall. We guarantee 100% delivery no matter what shipping methods it is.
Aftersales Warranty With Flosmall
Thank you very much for supporting Flosmall! All goods selling in Flosmall are new & original phones. Any phones you bought in our shop, can enjoy origin country aftersales service(China): 15 days replacement, one year warranty service! If your warranty expire, your phone still need to repair, we only charge fees for components. Any accessories enjoy replacement within seven days without other aftersales service.
Order cancellation: If you make the orders by mistakes and you want to cancel the orders, please contact us within 1 working day by writing email at email@example.com or create a ticket at users control panel.
If the cancellation is noticed after 1 working day , your parcels may have been shipped and we cannot cancel the orders accordingly. And if we are caught by problems of out of stock because of quality checking before shipping, we will contact you by email within 1 working day for further confirmation of order cancellation or not.
15 days replacement: The beginning of 15 days is counting from the date you receive the phone in hand. 15 days (Including the 15th day) are the period for the replacement of the phones.
7 days replacement: all accessories only enjoy 7 days of new replacement without any other aftersale service. 7 days is counting from the date you receive the accessories.
The principles of replacement
1. Products with quality problems but non-artificial damage.if no quality problems will not be replaced.
2. If it is a software fault (software problems are not quality problems). Phone can be repaired well within 3 days(The day is counting from the phones receipt by the aftersale station in Europe or China , no replacement.
3.Phone must be without obvious scratches or injuries. if phones are scratched, the phone will be discounted the price before a replacement. The phone with serious scratch will not be replaced, only for repairing !
One year repair warranty service
The beginning of one year warranty service is counting from the purchasing day. The warranty period for phones last for one year.
1. Quality problems caused by goods themselves, free warranty. Artificial damage, broken, water, LCD phone screen damage do not enjoy the warranty.
2.Phone appearance and shell damage, disassemble by your own, self-root phone data, causing irreparable faults, are not covered by the warranty.
3.Phone label is damaged, the phone information do not match with our phones, or upgrade the system by your own or self-root phone data, causing the system to change or can not turn on the phone, we need to charge fees. if cause irreparable fault, not enjoy warranty service.
Repair charges : Phones are repaired for free within warranty period (excluding artificial failures). Out of warranty period (including warranty period, but the failure is caused by man-made) the charges are on customers.
Shipping fees: Within warranty period for repairing,customers pay both sides shipping fees. For new replacement within 15 days, flosmall pay two way shipping fees for aftersale.
If you want to enjoy the aftersales service in China, please kindly use post service only, if use express service to shipping to china, any importing taxes charged by China customs, we will collect it from the clients.
Pay attention:Only need to send the phone back without any accessories if your phone is within warranty period.
Phone without any accessories(Accessories such as battery , back cover of battery,extending card , stylus,leather case, etc). All accessories you can take them with yourselves, only send bare phone back! We are not responsible for any missing accessories, if your phone send back with accessories.
